3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use PickTeam11. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions: PickTeam11 is not available to residents of the following Indian states: Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not a resident of these restricted states.

3.3 Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3.4 Verification: We reserve the right to verify your age and location at any time. Failure to provide accurate information or refusal to cooperate with verification may result in account suspension or termination.

4.1 Account Creation: To use PickTeam11, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence.

4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.3 One Account Per Person: Each User may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all your accounts.

4.4 Account Accuracy: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up-to-date. You can update your information through your account settings.

5.1 No Monetary Transactions: PickTeam11 is a 100% free-to-play educational platform. We do not accept any payments, entry fees, deposits, or monetary transactions from Users.

5.2 No Cash Prizes: There are no cash prizes, monetary rewards, or financial winnings of any kind on PickTeam11. Competition is solely for leaderboard rankings, recognition, and educational purposes.

5.3 Investor-Funded Model: Our Platform is funded by investors who support our mission to provide free fantasy cricket education. Users will never be asked to pay for any feature or service.

5.4 No Future Monetization: We commit to keeping PickTeam11 completely free forever. We will never introduce paid features, premium tiers, or monetization of any kind.

6.1 License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Gameplay: You may create Fantasy Teams for real cricket matches, compete on leaderboards, and access educational content related to fantasy cricket strategy.

6.3 Fair Play: You agree to use the Platform fairly and ethically. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or gain unfair advantage through cheating, automation, or collusion is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Team Submission: Once a match begins, your submitted Fantasy Team is locked and cannot be edited. Ensure you finalize your team before the match deadline.

8.1 Ownership: All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by DAYHAAT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or Content without our express written permission.

8.3 User Content: By creating Fantasy Teams or submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for Platform operation and improvement.

9.1 "As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Third-Party Data: Match data, player statistics, and scores are sourced from third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

9.4 Educational Purpose: PickTeam11 is for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that using our Platform will improve your cricket knowledge or fantasy sports skills.

10.1 No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAYHAAT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (which is zero, as the Platform is free).

10.3 User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk and are solely responsible for any consequences of your use.

11.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

11.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, Fantasy Teams, and other information.

11.4 Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Balasore, Odisha, India.

12.3 Dispute Resolution: Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected].

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.

13.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
